Design

The variety of products, objects and shapes that appear in a modern working place demands that each element has a carefully considered visual appearance. This is the idea behind the timeless visual design in HAG H04 Credo.

Peter Opsvik and his colleagues have worked with HAG since 1974, and they have been instrumental in helping develop the principles that HAG bases its business on today.

Ergonomics

Do you ever wonder which sitting position is the best? It's always the next one!

An ergonomic chair is a chair that naturally follows you as you move to the next sitting position. It must obey the minor and major movements of the body and be at rest when the body requires it. When the chair follows the body it means you can concentrate on your work, at the same time as the body gets the appropriate nourishment for the active muscles. You are moving your entire body without being aware of it.

Environment

The HAG H04 Credo satisfies the most stringent environmental requirements on production and choice of materials. The plastic components are labelled by type for at-source-sorting. Easily replaceable components result in a product with a long service life. 86% of the chair is recyclable!

HAG is registered as an environmentally aware business under the EU EMAS. We also operate environmental management systems in compliance with NS-ISO 14001.

Product Warranties

HAG guarantees products against all defects and manufacturing faults for a period of 10 years from date of production. This guarantee includes fabrics and leather. The guarantee does not include any deterioration from "fair, wear & tear".

Lifetime guarantee on gas lifts. HAG guarantee availability of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years after the chair's manufacturing date.

HAG Total Colour

HAG Total Colour is the sum total of fabrics, hides and constructional materials offered by HAG. HTC standard is a selection suitable for various needs, with short delivery times and reasonable prices. HTC Partners is a large assortment of special fabrics. We offer a 5-10 year guarantee on all HTC coverings.

Composition: 100% Xtreme FRm 2
Flammability: BS EN 1021 - 1 :1994 (cigarette); BS EN 1021 - 2 : 1994 (match); BS 7176 : 1995 Low Hazard; DIN 4102 B1; NF - P - 92 - 503 M1; CSE RF 1/75/A, CSE RF 3/77 - Class 1; Note: Flammability performance is dependent on foam used

Xtreme Maintenance

Xtreme should be treated as a directional fabric due to the light reflecting properties of polyester in a crepe weave construction. Care should be taken on application to establish shade variation in accordance with direction.

Boss Fabric

Composition: 90% Wool, 10% Nylon
Flammability: ISO 8192 1&2, EN 1021 (1&2)

Comfort Fabric

Composition: 88% Polyester, 12% Polyurethane
Flammability: EN 1021 - 1 (can be fireproof treated to pass other tests)

Our Guarantees

Have you ever heard of a 10 year guarantee on a chair? Nor had we until we started working with leading Scandinavian ergonomic seating specialist HAG.

Normal Usage - 10yr Guarantee

All Hag Total Colour Standard Fabrics and leather upholstery and components are guaranteed for 10 years against material defect and manufacturing faults, subject to 9 hour usage and normal wear-and-tear.

Try Before You Buy

When you buy something new, particularly something as important as a new chair, it's very important to be able to try it as you would use it for real and make sure it meets your specific requirements. That's why at HAG Chairs we give you the opportunity to test drive some of our chairs prior to purchase.
